the elemental essence he was the true master of and the first humanoid to ever wield it was the elemental essence of Golden power, and it was the source of his phenomenal power and that was what allowed him to wield all 4 golden weapons without dying and he was the most powerful user of Golden power
because of his dragon heritage he wielded the elemental essence of Creation, but unlike the average dragon he wielded Creation in its purest form and was the first humanoid wield it so and he was the most powerful user of the Creation for his power over Creation in it was so great he could create something out of nothing and can even create entire realms
because of his oni heritage he wielded the elemental essence of Destruction and his power over it surpassed that of any oni and his power over Destruction was so great he could destroy or erase anything
because of his dragon heritage he wielded the 4 main elements the elements of creation and the elements that most dragons are commonly born with but unlike most dragons he was born with all 4 of them and they are Earth, Ice, Fire, and Lightning

due to him having golden power, creation, and the 4 elements of creation he created the technique of the tornado of creation and can do it without the 4 golden weapons
it can be safe to say that he was the one who discovered the art of the Spinjitzu Burst and when the more connected an elemental master is with his element the more powerful they become, and they will be capable of the burst technique and it is likely he mastered the technique with all the elements he manipulated not just earth
forbidden spinjitzu / he was the one who created the 2 scrolls of forbidden spinjitzu which when touched by an elemental master or anyone with any kind of great power will increase but corrupt the nature of their powers and give them the knowledge to do a dark version of spinjitzu yet it also corrupts the minds of those who wield its power for a very long time and it is likely he made them just in case there was a threat that could only be defeated by using a powerful dark power and something greater than normal spinjitzu and it’s likely he can wield a single and both scrolls without being corrupted

morro was the master of wind though he never unlocked his true potential he still had a great control of the powers and can do power feats with wind
other / morro being a ghost while possessing Loyd morro corrupted Lloyds energy power with his ghostly aura and can use some of his ghostly abilities in the possessed state like summoning ghostly blades and morro gained knowledge of all of Lloyds skills and abilities and vice versa and morro learned spinjitzu and then airjitzu and Loyd learned it as well and though morro couldn’t summon an elemental wind dragon because he never conquered his fear of insecurities he can summon Lloyds elemental energy dragon but his ghost aura corrupted it to become dead and monster like and morro temporarily had the sword of sanctuary giving him precognitive sight and the realm crystal allowing him to teleport anywhere an the realms and temporarily wielded the ally armor of azure allowing him to summon his ghostly allies from the cursed realm
